SPK Pro Review

kk so ill start off with the spec:
By riders for riders, the new SPK Pro Model Boot has been designed to rock the parks and pipes. Make heads turn with the unique design, but also 20% lighter for better maneuverability with the Spaceframe technology. Hard core jibbers enjoy more jumps and rail in the park all day long.
Eva Highback: An adjustable EVA highback for cushioning while landing backwards and rear support.
Spaceframe Technology: A 3d construction to lighten the boot and to keep a perfect balance for areial tricks. A freestyle-specific Spaceframe construction for minimum weight.
Heel Shock Absorber: A thick and High density PU foam to absorb the shocks under the heel.
Tongue Cushioning: High density foam in the tongue for cushioning during landing and a progressive flex.
Fat Strap: A 55mm strap to support the ankle and provide great freedom of movement.
Instep & Ankle Fat Buckles: Great foothold that lets your foot drive the skis.
Fat Toe Box: Free articulation of the toes to adjust the position of the skis and for better balance while riding rails.

Technologies: FS Spaceframe
Buckles: 2 micro alu buckles/Overshaped buckles
Adjustment: 55mm strap, Flex Rivots
Liner: My CF PRo, Quicklace, Faux Fur
Cushioning System:
Extra padded spoiler/Shin pad
3d Heel shock absorber
Toes shock absorber
Other Features:
Walkable sole
Textile cover

My experience, is that these boots rip it up in the park and powder. They have enough flex to be aggressive in park but are still firm enough to tear it up in the fresh, not to mention the groomers. The heel shock absorber makes a bigger difference the you would expect, landing on hard pack is so much more comfortable with the heel shock absorber. The two power buckles not only look sick but are just as secure a four normal ones but they also save time and effort. The quick lace snowboard style system works a dream as-well, not only is it quick and easy but it hold you into the furry liner to giver you maximum control for all mountain skiing. All in all this is a legendary boot for it looks and ride. the one possible worry would be how the leather will last, but i met a seasonaire with these boot he'd been out there for 4 months and the were holding up fine. So looks like this boot is a must have for any serious park or powder skier that wants to Rip up the mountain in style.
